IDRECO took part in the RemTech Expo in Ferrara, Italy’s leading event for environmental technologies and sustainable solutions. During the event, the company presented the results of its pilot phase dedicated to PFAS removal, attracting strong interest from institutions, communities, and industry stakeholders.
The field trials, conducted with a plug-in pilot unit, confirmed that the system can effectively reduce both long- and short-chain PFAS, achieving significant reductions in contamination levels. The results were consistent across both the sum of 20 PFAS compounds and the critical group of 4 priority PFAS.
These outcomes validate the reliability of IDRECO’s approach and pave the way for industrial-scale applications, offering communities and industries a proven solution to address PFAS contamination with confidence and long-term sustainability.
