KIMA Ammonia & Urea Fertilizer Project in Aswan (Egypt): Water Treatment Packages

Successful delivery of the Water Treatment Packages to KIMA Ammonia & Urea Fertilizer Project.
As per Contact awarded to our Company by TECNIMONT on 2016, IDRECO has supplied the following Water Treatment Packages:
• Pretreatment Water Package (Clariflocculation, Filtration, Sludge Dewatering Sections and auxiliary systems) having capacity of 1.000 m3/h of treated water
• Demineralization Package (Activated Carbon Filters, Cation Ion Exchanger, Forced Draft Decarbonator, Anion Ion Exchanger and auxiliary systems) composed by 2 trains each one having capacity of 240 m3/h of produced demineralized Water.
• Polishing Package (Mixed Bed Ion Exchangers and auxiliary systems) composed by 2 trains each one having capacity of 440 m3/h of produced Polished Condensate.
• Side Stream Filtering Package composed by N° 2 Gravity Sand Filters for Cooling Tower Water Filtration each one having capacity of 685 m3/h for a total flow of 1.370 m3/h of Filtered Water
Delivery of the Packages has been accomplished in 12 months form Contract awarding date.
